Returns, Refunds, Cancellations & Exchange Policy

This policy outlines the terms under which KhetAgro manages returns, cancellations, exchanges, and refunds for orders placed on our B2B Portal. By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms of this policy.

1. Cancellations

Once an order is confirmed and payment has been received, it is considered final and cannot be cancelled.
We procure and prepare products specifically for each confirmed order, hence, cancellations are not permitted.
In exceptional cases where cancellation is mutually agreed upon before dispatch, any administrative or handling costs already incurred will be deducted from the refundable amount. However, this is solely at the discretion of KhetAgro.

2. Refunds

We only accept payments after the buyer has confirmed the order, quality, dispatch timeline, and shipping terms.
Hence, refund requests are not applicable once payment has been made, except in the rare case of an error on our part (e.g., shipment of the wrong product type or batch).
Any claims for refund must be submitted in writing within 24 hours of delivery, accompanied by photographic and documentary evidence.
If validated, we will process a refund within 14 working days to the original payment method.

3. Returns & Exchanges

Due to the perishable or agricultural nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges once goods have been dispatched and delivered.
All orders are packed after detailed quality checks and follow stringent hygiene and handling standards.
If the products received are damaged, defective, or not matching the agreed specifications, you must notify us within 24 hours of receipt with supporting evidence (photos/videos).
Upon verification, we may offer a replacement, partial credit, or any other suitable resolution — entirely at our discretion.
Goods must not be used or tampered with if you intend to raise a complaint.

4. Shipping Disputes or Damage in Transit

If damage occurs in transit, and you have arranged your own shipping agent, please contact your agent directly for claims.
If we facilitated shipping through our logistics partner, we will coordinate the claim process on your behalf.
All such incidents must be reported to us immediately upon delivery and supported with appropriate documentation.

5. No Resale Policy for Rejected Returns

We do not accept returns based on buyer’s change of preference, market fluctuations, or overstocking.
Products once shipped cannot be returned for resale under any condition.
